An Creagan where the sun always shines, probably. Weather permitting (and we aren't too fussy!) we will be meeting in January. We will play, explore, dig and climb as usual - and we will also have the opportunity to work with living willow. All welcome, no charge - but its helpful to know who is going to come so get in touch.
After our wonderful course earlier this year, an overnight course has been organised for October, places are very limited.
Accomodation is in two wonderful tepees, great food by the camp fire and previous activities have ranged from nature walks to knife-throwing!
"Some of the greatest scientists of all time were females who have made important discoveries in a variety of fields in science. Several of their contributions throughout history have even surpassed those of their male counterparts."
Each family will choose a female scientist and make a short presentation or display about their work, if we can fit in a few experiments then all the better.

The dusty bottomed children will reconvene in the Wild Woods where the sun always shines... so far! Fun, learning and lots of nature. Bring food (or use the cafe) and full wet weather gear, an umbrella may be a good idea too. We will go ahead in all weathers.
There will be some sort of suitable seasonal activity, possibly tree-seed preparation, available.
