We are, as our homepage says, simply a group of home-educating families. We are not affiliated to any other organisation. We do not receive any funding from any source - this site, the HEdNI email list, and all HEdNI activities are informally organised by members. We do not sell, buy or promote curriculum materials or any other products. We are not a registered charity.

There is an email list for home-educating families which you can join at Yahoo Groups or by sending an email to hedni-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. The first link will take you to the Yahoo Groups website, and you will need a Yahoo ID to join from there. The second link requires no Yahoo ID, but will allow you to join via email (it will open a new email from within your email program).

If you are home-educating or considering home-education, we would encourage you to join the email group rather than using this contact-form. Often questions are better-answered through the email group, where there are many people who can offer various insights or experiences. Emails through this form will reach two or three HEdNI members, but we are all busy home-educating parents, and we cannot promise to reply quickly.
